Saudi Universities Admission

"I have been trying to send this inquiry to Saudi MOE and related Universities (KAY, KFUPM, KKU), but no one has yet resolved it in a clear way, may be due to the lack of communication or misunderstanding. Can someone here help me out with it or get me in touch with relevant authorities please ?
Inquiry -:
I am an international student from Pakistan currently studying for the British GCSE A Level (Year 12) (outside the UK) and I will be taking the exam series in October and November 2024. My final result will be available on January 1, 2025, while university admissions through the Studyinaudia portal end on December 7, 2024 (20 days before the final result is released). What should I do in this case, please? Can I get a certificate from my school proving that this is a provisional/expected result and that the original result card will be sent to the university once it is released by the Cambridge Examination Board? This is the common practice among most major international universities because in most cases, A Level students' results are announced later than any other examination board, and thus universities ask students to arrange a provisional result certificate from their high school (based on their performance in internal school exams) and then email the original certificate to the university once it is available. Please help me in this situation because I am very scared of losing a year as my final results will be released on January 1, 2025, while the deadline for admissions for foreign scholarships to Saudi universities through the unified Studyinaudia portal is December 7, 2024 (about 23 days before the result). I do not want to take a gap year just because there is a 23-day difference."
